Matty Margallo

Hello, My name is Matthew "Matty" Margallo. I'm a vocalist, keyboardist, guitarist, songwriter, producer, and music instructor. I've been a vocalist all my life and have performed with various bands, vocal groups and choirs from high school thru college and today. I've been playing guitar and piano for more that 15 years; both in contemporary styles i.e. pop, rock, r&b, ect. I have played with bands of different genres, on both instrumentals as well. I write and produce music for my own band, as well as, for music licensing purposes. I use Logic Pro X and Ableton as my Digital Audio Workstations. I work with midi instruments and audio recordings for producing the music. My instruction style is based in the fundamentals of music and integrating them into music that gets my students interested and engaged. Voice, piano and guitar, will require focus on basic techniques, and mixing that with building a repertoire of songs that students feel comfortable performing and reinforce the techniques.
